We teach the following:<\/p>\n

God created the heavens, the earth and all life around 6000 years ago in six literal 24 hour days.\u00a0(Gen 1:1; John 1:3.)<\/em><\/p>\n

He created man in His own image and the biblical genealogies trace the human race back to the creation of Adam (as one man) and Eve (as one woman). (Gen 1:27)<\/em><\/p>\n

The various original life forms (kinds), including mankind, were made by direct creative acts of God. (Gen 1:25-26)<\/em><\/p>\n

The living descendants of any of the original kinds (apart from man) may represent more than one species today, reflecting the genetic potential with the original kind. Only limited biological changes (including mutational deterioration) have occurred naturally within each kind since creation.<\/p>\n

A worldwide flood took place in the days of Noah as recorded in Genesis 6-8.<\/p>\n
